In supporting the Macau SAR government’s plans to continue developing the tourism industry, Melco Resorts & Entertainment is pleased to be a Leading Partner and participant in the 12th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo (MITE) being hosted between April 26-28. Melco Board Director, Mr. Clarence Chung, was among the officiating guests at today’s opening ceremony.

At the expo, Melco is showcasing its innovative and diverse accommodation, dining and entertainment experiences available at City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau. The Company is offering a series of expo-exclusive accommodation packages and privileges to attract more tourists and business travelers to visit Macau.
Supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR and the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Macao SAR, organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and coordinated by Macau Travel Agency Association, MITE is the city’s only professional exhibition of international tourism, and one of the earliest exhibitions on tourism product consumption in Macau. Now in its 12th year, the event is being hosted under the theme of Meet at ‘MITE: Discovery, Networking, Interaction!’ with increased scale to create a greater wealth of business opportunities for the industry. Featuring seven major highlights incorporated with “tourism +”, the event is welcoming travel and related industry participants from near and far to Macau.
