A Harmonious Design

The building’s thoughtful design maximizes its connection to nature. One side opens to the tranquil lake, while the other adjoins Lopota’s seasonal vegetable garden and one of the resort’s eight swimming pools. Each room features a spacious balcony, offering guests stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Emphasizing sustainability, the building has solar-panelled roofing, furthering the resort’s renewable energy initiatives.

Interior Elegance

The interiors of the new complex continue the theme of natural integration. Earthy tones and materials create a cohesive aesthetic that brings the outdoors inside. Wood-panelled walls flow into linear oak floorboards, complemented by sage green furnishings and decorative elements. The bathrooms feature green tiled walls and smooth white surfaces, with custom-made wallpapers by Salome Mamrikishvili and ID Vision depicting various tree and vegetation scenes as the standout design element.

Commitment to Sustainability

Lopota Lake Resort & Spa is dedicated to environmental stewardship. The resort’s robust environmental policy aims to preserve 90% of its vegetation, demonstrating a model for sustainable human operations in nature. Key initiatives include a comprehensive tree planting scheme to maintain and expand greenery, care for forest plants on and around the resort grounds, and use eco-friendly electric cars on-site. The resort also boasts Georgia’s most powerful solar power plant, highlighting its commitment to reducing environmental impact.
