Viking has introduced a dedicated Groups Coordinator as well as a tailor-made toolkit to help agents create a seamless group booking journey for their clients.
Groups Coordinator Amy Swearingen will seamlessly manage every element of a group booking – from initial enquiries and pricing right through to contracts and bookings – while also acting as a liaison between travel agents and the Viking marketing team.
“If you are designing a hosted or special interest group voyage for discerning travellers, we will make the process simple and easy for you and your clients, from start to finish,” said Amy.
Group bookings with Viking attract considerable bonus value, including free travel for one person when five or more staterooms are booked on a Europe, Russia or China river cruise, or more than eight staterooms on board an ocean cruise or Portugal river cruise. In addition, each person within the group booking will receive a discount of AUD$150.
Amy joined Viking earlier in 2019, bringing more than seven years’ experience in cruise reservations at companies such as Lindblad Expeditions and Ponant Yacht Cruises & Expeditions.
