Brilliant LadyThe much-awaited arrival of Virgin Voyages, the pioneering adult-only cruise line founded by international entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson, to the sun-soaked Australian coasts is set to add a new dimension to the region’s travel scene this summer. The global travel giant revealed plans for a countrywide multi-city roadshow to stir the excitement further, announcing their debut in the Australian market.

Earlier this year, Virgin Voyages introduced their latest ship, the Resilient Lady, and is now creating a buzz with their impending introduction in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne from July 24 to August 4. The roadshow will bring together travel partners, tourism officials, media, influencers, and Virgin Voyages’ First Mates (travel advisors) to meet with the cruise line’s executives and gain insights into the brand’s launch activities commencing this December.Scarlet Lady

A series of exclusive VIP events and media luncheons are lined up during this promotional phase. These gatherings will offer stakeholders an immersive experience of the brand’s unique offerings, highlighting their individualistic approach to dining, interior design, onboard facilities, onshore activities, and entertainment.

At the helm of the roadshow will be Nathan Rosenberg, the Australian Chief Brand Officer for Virgin Voyages, and his team, comprising Shane Riley, Vice President of International Sales and Marketing; Billy Bohan Chinique, Director of Global Brand & Experience Strategy; and Mark Lowman, Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Guests at the roadshows will participate in a particular Q&A discussion led by travel TV presenter and influencer Teigan Nash. Teigan is recognised for her lively interviews with celebrities like Tom Cruise, Channing Tatum, and Halle Bailey. Her hosting skills will give attendees an in-depth understanding of Virgin Voyages’ mission to redefine cruising.

Each event promises to envelop guests in Virgin Voyages’ upscale yet laid-back aesthetic at three remarkable venues: The Boathouse Rose Bay in Sydney, a seaside restaurant inspired by Mykonos; Melbourne’s HER, a bar and eatery channelling mid-century modern vibes; and Brisbane’s Mr Percival’s, a waterfront location offering skyline views and a fusion of Hamptons and Amalfi Coast atmosphere.

In sync with the brand’s “Now We’re Voyaging” campaign, the events will bring guests unexpected delight synonymous with the Virgin brand and offer music from DJs Sarah Roberts (Sydney), Rachel Minx (Melbourne), and Shimmy Disco (Brisbane).

Virgin Voyages is also offering a limited-time promotional deal. Travellers who book between 25 July and 30 September can snag 30% off on all local South Pacific sailings. In addition, they’ll receive a complimentary $150 Bar Tab for cocktails, specialty coffees, or Virgin Voyages’ exclusive Shake for Champagne feature.
