Carnival Cruise Line received “Best Service” and “Best Value for Money” in Cruise Critic’s 12th annual Editors’ Picks Awards in the Ocean Cruise Line category. This marks the third consecutive year that Carnival has earned “Best Service” honors.

The awards are selected by a panel of cruise experts from Cruise Critic, the world’s largest cruise reviews site and online cruise community, based on first-hand experience and cruise industry knowledge.

Carnival earned “Best Service” honors for three years running for providing friendly and attentive service from its 40,000 team members fleetwide who serve nearly 6 million guests annually. Carnival has earned its reputation for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax, recharge and reconnect with friends, family members and loved ones. All team members undergo extensive training programs in personalized service, hospitality and creating memorable and fun vacation experiences.

Cruise Critic editors commented: “Friendly service and crew who remember your name are a hallmark of every Carnival sailing. But crew members do more than offer a smile; they are empowered to ensure everything is right.”

Carnival also won top honors in “Best Value for Money” category for providing a vacation experience where cruisers get the best food, entertainment and activity choices at sea all for affordable prices. A wide variety of choices on Carnival – from delicious burgers at Guy’s Burger Joint developed in tandem with Food Network star Guy Fieri to expansive Serenity adults-only retreats and captivating entertainment choices like Playlist Productions shows and hilarious performances at the Punchliner Comedy Club – are available to guests free of charge, enhancing the line’s value.
