When our customers return from holiday, we ask them to review their hotel experience. They rate their hotel out of five stars across categories like location, service and value for money. They also give an overall score out of five stars. Hotels that receive a minimum of ten reviews from our customers, with a rating between 4.5 and 5 stars, are eligible for our Customer Excellence Award.
