The award-winning Michelin-star chef Henrik Yde-Andersen, in collaboration with chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan, the head chef at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, invites you to experience a modern Thai gastronomy journey, with exquisitely composed dishes prepared using global cooking techniques and the best-quality ingredients this winter season. These culinary masterminds have once again joined hands to create dishes inspired by festivities and are full of surprises.
The journey begins with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin’s famous ‘street food’ nibbles, followed by different types of festive menus that will surprise you on each occasion. The menu highlights are gravlax salmon marinated with lemongrass, palm sugar and freshly grated wasabi; yellow curry with crab, apple and fermented garlic; Æbleskiver stuffed with

Have a merry Christmas and experience the festive spirit with your loved ones, with Christmas features and a spectacular buffet dinner at ALATi.
This feast begins with a welcome seafood platter that includes La Friandise oysters, Atlantic lobster, Hokkaido snow crab, prawns and mussels. The classic lobster bisque with freshly whipped cream is served individually at each table. There is a wide selection of salads, appetisers, cold cuts and charcuterie, which will please every discerning palate
and appetite.
The festive carving includes slow-roasted whole turkey with traditional condiments, Mediterranean-style baked fish and honey-glazed ham. The unlimited choice of à la carte main-course dishes includes Wagyu beef medallion; New Zealand lamb chop; duck confit; pan-fried duck foie gras; pan-seared scallop; and more. The homemade pasta with turkey ragout and black truffle is served at your table.
