Captain Cook Cruises has announced its final Gold Lunch cruise for 2019, AQUA TONIC – a six-course celebration of Australia’s finest seafood and wine, set to the spectacular background of Sydney Harbour. AQUA TONIC departs Sunday 27 October 2019 onboard flagship MV Sydney 2000 and is your last chance to experience this indulgent lunch cruise.

For AQUA TONIC, Captain Cook Cruises has partnered with Australian family owned and operated Humpty Doo Barramundi, whose sustainable food production is at the heart of their company and Australia’s much-loved Tyrrell’s Wines, to create a mouth-watering six courses.

This delectable lunch begins with a Chef’s selection of tasteful bites, before enjoying a share platter of Pacific oysters served natural, spiced with ginger and chilli, and scattered with salmon roe. Clear the palette with a Citrus inspired sorbet and then delight in an entrée of Seared Australian scallops with a lemon infused foam. For main course the whole baby barramundi, truss tomatoes with lemon infused oil will leave guests wanting more. This amazing lunch ends with the delectable Classic Tiramisu.

The delicious six courses are teamed with a premium selection of Tyrrell’s wines including Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut NV, Hunter Valley Semillon 2018, Hunter Valley Chardonnay 2017, Tyrrell’s Moore’s Creek Shiraz and Special Aged Tawny.

AQUA TONIC Gold Lunch cruise departs 12 noon from King St Wharf No.1, returning at 3.30pm and starts from $129 per person when you book online at www.captaincook.com.au.
