Topcast Aviation Supplies Co., Ltd. (“TOPCAST”) and Engine Cleaning Technology Inc. (“ECT”) signed a distribution agreement in May 2021, delivering biodegradable, non-toxic and non-flammable compressor cleaner for aviation jet engines.
