Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), the innovator in global cruise travel, is extending its Future Cruise Credit (FCC) offer until 15 May, providing a number of additional incentives for both guests and travel partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Guests who re-book using their FCC by 15 May on any sailing embarking 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2022 will receive an additional 20% discount off their cruise fare.
Guests will also receive all five of NCL’s popular ‘Free at Sea’ offers as part of the current ‘Take all Free’ offer, including a free beverage package, free shore excursion credit, free specialty dining package, free Wi-Fi package and access to NCL’s ‘3rd and 4th’ guest sail at a reduced rate’ (on select sailings). The ‘Take all Free’ offer is available on all stateroom categories and itineraries, excluding Sail Away cabin categories.
NCL’s valued travel agents are also being rewarded as part of the initiative and will receive an additional 5% bonus commission on all bookings made during the offer period.
To assist travel agents in making bookings on behalf of clients using FCCs, a step-by-step instructional webinar has been produced – presented by Senior Sales Manager in Australia and New Zealand, Angela Middleton – which also includes information on NCL’s Peace of Mind policy, suspended sailings and other valuable insights. Agents can view this short, educational webinar at a time suitable to them here.
“During these challenging times, our priority is to deliver as much support as possible and constant, clear and precise information to our Australian and New Zealand travel agents, whom we are so proud to work alongside and whose support for Norwegian Cruise Line we so greatly value,” said Ben Angell, Norwegian Cruise Line Vice President and Managing Director, APAC. “We are committed to our valued partners during these unprecedented times”
The Future Cruise Credit offer ends on 15 May 2020.
