AYANA Hotels in Bali have unveiled their impressive schedule for Christmas and New Year’s Eve via a line-up of festive events, brilliant entertainment and exclusive amenities.
In December AYANA will be decorated in traditional red, gold and bronze Christmas ornaments. Two giant Christmas trees and the photo booth decorated with the tropical flowers from Bali will be placed at the lobbies of AYANA and RIMBA to add to the holiday feel.
The Resort’s diverse 19 restaurants and bars will invite guests to indulge in the magical moments of the holidays through a range of festive menus that will accompany them while sharing the season’s joy with family and loved ones. There are offerings for every member of the family and to suit any mood.
The festive magic will start on 7 December with the fruit soaking ceremony and AYANA’s signature Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at RIMBA West Lobby.

DAVA Steak & Seafood will offer an Oscar chic gala evening with the five-course fiesta thoughtfully curated to impress you with a contemporary selection of the best meat cuts and seafood from all over the world. The Kisik Pier will offer VIP overwater dining on locally sourced and imported seafood delicacies from ice-cold displays. Fresh lobsters, prawns, squid, clams, deep-sea fish and more. HonZEN will add a sophisticated touch of Japanese aesthetic to your Christmas celebrations with its set and à la carte menus to choose from, while Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant will present its famous eight-course Christmas dining experience featuring all of your favourite dishes from China. Kampoeng Bali will reveal the true essence of Bali’s golden Era via open-air performances of the Kecak dance. Sami Sami will celebrate Natal (Christmas) with its authentic Italian set menu featuring a main of lamb loin herb crest and smoked salmon with orange herb vinaigrette. Finally, Santa himself will visit AYANA for the Christmas party of the year on 25 December.
In the spirit of giving, AYANA will invite guests to support the hotel’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) by bringing ready-to-give presents for the kids from the local orphanage in Bali. The little ones will carol around the hotel and restaurants to entertain guests at dinner.
New Year
On the last Sunday of 2019 everybody will be invited to the Sunday Funday Pool Party at UNIQUE Rooftop Bar & Restaurant to enjoy the Mexican food, spicy drinks and DJ mixes. To’Ge will go glam and blooming with flowers and magic tricks performed by the street magician while the tarot reader will offer insightful card readings and guidance for the upcoming 2020. The iconic Chinese Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant will offer the Cantonese set menu complemented with the classical violin and piano performance. The award-winning DAVA with its stylish Martini Bar offer the glamourous New Year’s Eve set-menu dining experience featuring prime meat cuts and supreme seafood selections. For a more intimate option, guests will enjoy the unique overwater dining experience on the Kisik Pier facing the picturesque Jimbaran Bay. Finally, the festivities will continue with the trendiest countdown party of the year at the world-famous Rock Bar, BALI, which will feature the hottest tracks of 2019 and incredible fireworks above the AYANA cliffs.
