The Platinum Services, the internationally renowned Rome-based event agency and DMC specializing in first class events in Italy, Europe and other selected areas, keeps on putting people together and enhancing the highest value of the meeting industry, which is building bridges between cultures. From September 2 through 6 it provided all ground services to jazz musicians coming to Rome’s Felt Music House from countries such as the USA, Turkey, the Netherlands, Estonia, Lithuania and of course Italy, to attend the annual workshop supervised by Barry Harris, one of the greatest jazz pianists currently living. Attendees (more than 300, 120 of whom at academic level) were teachers and students of music schools, both players and singers. Daily courses ended up in jam sessions gathering the whole of participants till midnight. On the final evening, an open concert concluded the event.
