Hawaiian’s Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa will welcome some of Australia’s biggest female
power players in October, with Business Chicks’ fifth annual Movers and Breakers Conference heading to Broome for the first time. From 23-26 October, Cable Beach will play host to Australia’s largest and most influential community for women as they gather to hear from thought leaders and influential speakers
on various topics including industry disruption and life motivation.

Business Chicks is a powerful connected community of women around the world, brought together by a shared passion for work, vision for the future, and respect for each other.

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa General Manager Stuart Kentish is looking forward to showcasing the world-famous Cable Beach to the conference attendees.

“Previous Movers and Breakers Conferences have been held at other amazing locations around Australia, including Ayers Rock, and we’re thrilled to be able to showcase the beauty of the Kimberley region in Western Australia, said Kentish.

“The resort boasts spectacular views across the Broome coastline and plenty to do on-site, with day-trips to sights such as Pearling Farms and Roebuck Bay all close by.

“It’s a great opportunity to give attendees a snapshot of what I feel is one of WA’s best tourism destinations, and our team will be working to ensure every guest enjoys the breadth of activity Broome has to offer.”

Business Chicks Content Director Nicky Champ said the 2019 conference had been so hotly contested it sold out in record time, with a heaving waitlist ready to join the party in October 2019.

“We’re so thrilled to be taking our annual conference, Movers and Breakers, to Cable Beach
in 2019,” she said.

“For years, our West Australian community has been begging us to bring the conference to
their shores, and we’re thrilled to be able to deliver.

“Many of our east coast community see Broome as a bucket list destination, and there was no question in selecting the luxurious Cable Beach Resort & Spa for our accomodation.”

The conference caters for 120 women, with three nights’ accommodation at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa included in the members-only experience.
