SKYE Suites has welcomed Quercy Jouannes as the General Manager for SKYE Suites Parramatta.
He will oversee the SKYE Suites Parramatta urban resort designed by Architect Koichi Takada. The property is located in V by Crown Group on Hunter Street Parramatta and combines spacious apartment style boutique accommodation with full guest facilities.
Quercy brings over 20 years of international hospitality experience gained in Europe, America and Australia. With a background in Sales, Marketing and Operations, he is passionate about guest service, building relationships and operational excellence. He is fluent in five languages, originally hailing from France.
The hotel has 72 rooms styled in a Japanese-inspired modern minimalist palette featuring bespoke designer furnishings and superior amenities. All rooms feature complimentary high speed wifi, Sleeping Duck mattresses, SMEG & Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances, internal laundry, balcony and flat screen TV’s with complimentary STAYCast system for streaming personal devices. Suites range from oversized 43sqm studios to one and two bedrooms suites of up to 70 sqm.
For meetings and conferences, the property includes 269 metres of unobstructed floor space featuring stunning views, natural light including four elegant function rooms and state-of-the-art technology at hand including projectors, drop-down screens and the latest A/V equipment.
