Inspired by the bold flavours of the fast-growing global Outback Steakhouse® brand, Aussie Grill by Outback™ made its successful Hong Kong debut in 2019 at Metroplaza, Kwai Fong.  Now it bursts into the mainstream at Entertainment Building on the crossroads of Queen’s Road Central, Wyndham Street and D’Aguilar Street – promising a ‘taste adventure’ at a street-level grab-and-go and expansive 4,600 sq. ft. grill occupying the entire Atrium.

For its high-profile entry at the heart of Hong Kong’s scene, exclusive new items extend to grab-and-go selections served from 8am daily – showcasing soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta and coffee, along with surf-and-turf style Crispy Cajun Shrimp Bacon Cheeseburger and Impossible™ Aussie Burger marrying plant-based patty with the Brand’s signature Aussie Petals.  Chocolate Brownie Sundae joins iconic dessert options, and amusing new beverage ‘Piccolo Cupffee’ is sure the bring smiles, coming with a waffle cone in an edible cup.

Whether dining-in or at street-level grab-and-go zone AG Café, crowd-pleasing favourites and beverages are all made to order ‘a la minute’ from fresh highest quality ingredients.  On a ‘Born to be Bold’ mission, flavour boundaries are also pushed to the limit with a uniquely distinct and deliciously different menu by veteran chef Efrem Cutler.

Among signature burger specialties, Bacon Bomb Burger is topped with a fearsome whole jalapeño pepper.  Delicious meat-free vegetarian options include the Impossible™ Burger and not-to-be-missed Impossible™ Loaded Kettle Chips.  Prime US Wagyu Sirloin, tangy Aussie Ribs and Grilled Salmon headline heartier plates, all served with a side dish choice of frieskettle chipsroasted veggies or salad.  Among innovative snacks, Aussie Petals is a twist on Outback Steakhouse®’s famous signature Bloomin’ Onion® and Crispy Cajun Shrimp has a pungent spicy kick, while unique desserts include the irresistibly alluring Peanut Butter Crunch Sundae.

Aussie Grill by Outback™ is an opportunity to discover the world through a bold exploration of flavour, standing out from the crowd by offering up new experiences and daring to provide new tastes and experiences – deliciously intriguing and always a little wild.

Great value for money is another hallmark, getting craveable hand-crafted dishes with bold Western spices and portions beyond expectations, with easy ordering and fast service from a succinct menu, embracing the comfortable atmosphere with genuinely friendly service in a fun environment.

Aussie Grill by Outback™’s bold orange and black Entertainment Building escalator entrance is as dramatic as the youthful concept – reminiscent of a cinema, complete with two 110” mega-TV screenings showcasing menu specialties.  Relaxed Aussie-style extends to laid-back interior design of wooden tables and bright orange modern-industrial décor that dares to be different with an inviting, contemporary vibe.

Aussie Grill by Outback™ is the latest restaurant creation of world-renowned Outback Steakhouse®, and is part of the Outback Steakhouse international franchise which includes some 1,000 restaurants in 19 countries, including 18 restaurants in Hong Kong.
