We’re reaching out with the exciting news that Brisbane’s favourite 5-star hotel Crystalbrook Vincent has launched Saxxy Sundays, an exciting spin on a bottomless experience, at the hotel’s iconicly edgy restaurant, Fiume Rooftop Bar. Sip, sax and savour with the ultimate combination of delicious food, refreshing (did we mention bottomless?) spritzes and live saxophone tunes from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm every Sunday.
The 2-hour bottomless spritz package includes Vincent Lemon Drop with a citrusy kick crafted to make guests’ taste buds dance, and Zonzo Bellini Spritz, a fruity delight designed to transport guests straight to spritz heaven. Naturally, no spritz package would be complete without including the iconic Aperol Spritz on the menu.
When it comes to food, the ‘Feed Me’ banquet included in the package will have guests drooling:
- Expect shucked oysters with finger lime mignonette paired with stoned baked sourdough with smoked whipped butter and charcoal sea salt to share.
- To follow, three-cheese flaky puff pastry with wild honey and crushed walnuts, chargrilled asparagus with braised leaks, macadamia cheese, roasted almonds and champagne dressing, topped off by thyme and garlic lamb fillet skewers, tzatziki and confit garlic aioli.
- If that’s not enough, a tipple of Fiume’s delectable house-made Limoncello.
