This prestigious recognition is a testament to Dubai’s relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence, further solidifying its position as a hub of architectural ingenuity.

Spanning a breathtaking 230 meters in length, The Link, One Za’abeel’s panoramic sky concourse, soars 100 meters above the bustling city, offering an unprecedented urban landscape view. Its record-setting cantilever extends 67.277 meters from the central tower, symbolising engineering prowess and ambitious design. The construction of The Link, a marvel in itself, was executed in two meticulous phases over 16 days, showcasing the fusion of innovation and precision—without disrupting the city’s lifeblood below.

The initial phase of the lift marked a historic moment as one of the heaviest of its kind in the region. The steel structure, weighing over 8,500 tonnes, was meticulously lifted into place over 12 days, employing over 110 special jacks and heavy-duty strand jacks. This monumental task was a feat of engineering and a coordinated symphony of expertise from across the globe. The second phase saw the 900+ ton cantilevered structure ascend to its final resting place over four days, completing the silhouette of this iconic development.

Floating above the city, The Link is more than just an architectural achievement; it is a destination. Home to eight Michelin-inspired restaurants, the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, and a chic destination bar, it offers a luxurious escape with 360º views of Dubai.
