Tussock Jumper Wines recently joined 1% for the Planet and will contribute 1% of their annual sales to the Surfrider Foundation Europe in support of the protection of our oceans and marine ecosystems.

Tussock Jumper Wines, renowned for its dedication to quality and tradition in winemaking, aims to bring together the world’s very best wines from regions including Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal. Each wine in the Tussock Jumper family is sourced from the best wine regions and vineyards from around the globe and produced under the most sustainable conditions, safeguarding the savoir-faire of local communities while also supporting employment opportunities in these regions.

In response to the environmental impact caused by sourcing from various countries, Tussock Jumper Wines has allocated 1% of their annual revenue to projects aimed at safeguarding our oceans, choosing to support the Surfrider Foundation Europe through the 1% for the Planet program.

This year’s commitment involves donating tens of thousands Australian dollars to the cause, furthering the company’s dedication to mitigating its carbon footprint and championing ocean conservation, benefiting both our planet’s oceans and the communities they serve.
This means that every time someone enjoys a bottle of Tussock Jumper Wines, they are making a positive impact on the planet. We believe it’s a small step towards a greener, more sustainable future.

“Currently, only 3% of total philanthropy goes to the environment and, only 5% of that comes from businesses. The planet needs bigger support than this, and our growing network of business members is doing its valuable part to increase giving and support on-the-ground outcomes. We’re excited to welcome Tussock Jumper Wines to our global movement,” says Kate Williams, CEO of 1% for the Planet.
