In an unprecedented move, Accor Pacific, the most significant hotel operator in Australia and New Zealand, has confirmed that their associates have dedicated over $300 million to revamping and refurbishing their properties since 2022.
This hefty investment exemplifies Accor Pacific and their collaborator’s unwavering dedication to creating unparalleled guest experiences while maintaining the loftiest standards of excellence throughout their range of offerings.
Refurbishments have been executed across various locales within the Pacific region, extending to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and French Polynesia. The investments target to boost guest gratification, amplify facility amenities, and ensure Accor’s collection of 400 hotels, apartments, and resorts in the Pacific uphold their dominant industry position.
Accor Pacific’s CEO, Sarah Derry, expressed pride in the significant investment, stating, “This substantial investment demonstrates our partners’ resolve to uphold Accor’s reputable brands, which consistently deliver remarkable guest experiences. The renovations contribute not only to the guests’ overall experience but also to the economic prosperity and progress of the local communities where Accor properties are situated.”
The guests’ enthusiastic responses have been affirmative, appreciating the augmented comfort and upgraded facilities. The company continues to centre its efforts around guest contentment and strives to deliver extraordinary experiences that surpass expectations.
Aligning with Accor’s environmental objectives, the $300 million investment also includes eco-friendly practices and technologies during refurbishment, thus diminishing the hotels’ ecological impact and promoting sustainable tourism.
Among the remarkable refurbishment projects is the keenly awaited overhaul of Manly Pacific – MGallery, based in Manly, Sydney.
