The Garden Family Brunch sets sail on a culinary journey every Saturday to the reaches of the Mediterranean islands and beyond. Featuring an opulent international buffet showcasing authentic dishes and rich flavors from the popular islands of the Mediterranean is sure to tingle your taste buds.
The live grills & roasts, interactive beverage counters, and a serene backdrop with outdoor seating along with the views of the lush green gardens and the Dubai skyline are sure to transport the guests on a tide to paradise where they can relax and enjoy the rest of the day.
This journey into the Mediterranean Islands will also feature a live band duo churning out some foot-tapping numbers and your favorite tunes to keep you entertained throughout.
The Garden Brunch keeps the younger explorers entertained as they jump and play on the bouncing castle in a lush green setting and enjoy the popular face painting and other kids activities done by our in-house experts.
The Captain aboard this family journey, Marley Flattley, Executive Chef of Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection summarizes this journey perfectly: “the flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine describe the spirit of this tropical paradise: exotic, interesting and refreshing.”
True explorers should follow in Chef Marley’s footsteps with his recommendations, one of them being the Spanish Specialty Paella Valenciana. The brunch is a true representation of the flavors of the Mediterranean as it features over 100 delicacies spanning across the islands. The outdoor BBQ grill station will serve Ribeye Steak, Greek Style Grills, Octopus, Seabass, home-style marination for the Prawns and Mediterranean Style Grouper. The journey will have an extensive selection of authentic oils and salts that are surely not to be missed. This brunch will serve to please even the most discerning of palates.
