Paspaley Christmas Tree To celebrate its first ever Christmas, Crown Sydney has partnered with Paspaley to design the most extravagant Christmas tree in the lobby of the hotel. The tree houses over 8,450 hand-wired pearl-inspired beads, 55 Mother-of-Pearl shells, 500 pearlescent Christmas baubles and topped with a special star.
Santa landing on Saturday 18 December
The Christmas celebrations will kick off with Santa landing his sleigh on Saturday, 18 December. Santa will be roving daily from December 18 – 25, handing out Candy Canes and will be joined by his helpers on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Christmas Carolers
Crown Sydney will also be holding Christmas Carols at Epicurean with a vocal duo keyboard for
Christmas lunch.

Epicurean – meals start from $110-450 per adult
Embrace the magic of Christmas Day lunch with good company as you feast on a lavish buffet and get into the Christmas spirit as you enjoy fresh, succulent seafood, festive turkey, Bourbon & Maple glazed Christmas ham and many more festive food items. Epicurean’s festive menus are available from 22nd of November – 23rd of December, with special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day sittings available.
Woodcut – meals start from $450 per adult Elevate your festive lunch with a sensory dining experience at Woodcut. Immerse yourself in the theatre of the open kitchens, dining harbourside on the terrace over a specially curated Christmas celebration
menu by head chef Ross Lusted. Woodcut’s festive menu will be available on Christmas Day for both lunch and dinner.
a’Mare – $450 per adult
Celebrate Christmas Day lunch as the Italians do with an extravagant feast at a’Mare. Dine on a
sensational five course share menu by Alessandro Pavoni overlooking Sydney Harbour.
TWR – $95 – $115 per adult
Enjoy Sydney’s breath-taking harbour views with TWR’s festive high tea and breakfast offerings. Delight your senses with the festive menu at TWR – from gingerbread to turkey and cranberry sandwiches, Crown Sydney will ensure to get you in the Christmas spirit from 22nd of November – 23rd of December.
