Hyatt Regency Sydney will host two star-studded events to celebrate the launch of AGENDA 2020, a stunning hard copy book that showcases the accomplishments and stories of extraordinary Australian Women across generations, each with their own passion, drive and unique purpose.

Awe-inspiring contributors to this year’s book include Cate Blanchett (Actor & Director), Tina Arena (Singer, Songwriter & Actor), Delta Goodrem (Singer, Songwriter & Actor), Olivia Wirth (CEO, Qantas Airlines), Ellyse Perry (Australian Cricketer) and Dame Quintin Bryce (Former Governor General) to name a few.

Celebrations will commence on Thursday 5 March with a cocktail event in Hyatt Regency Sydney’s Lobby Bar, showcasing a gallery of stunning images from this year’s highly anticipated book, shot by acclaimed photographer Danielle Harte. The following day, Friday 6 March, the hotel’s sundrenched Atrium will be the backdrop for a Long-Table Luncheon for 100 people hosted by Sandra Sully, with special guests and AGENDA 2020 contributors Dame Quentin Bryce, Lauren Parker and Josephine Sukkar in attendance. The events are a collaboration between Hyatt Regency Sydney and Harte International with support from Canon Australia, Commonwealth Bank, Audi Australia, Veuve Cliquot, Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat and Belles at Kilcare.

Malcolm Zancanaro, Hyatt Regency Sydney General Manager, said the hotel was excited to celebrate and support inspirational women and to partner with the second iteration of a publication that epitomises and captures diversity, strength and resilience in a beautiful form in AGENDA 2020.

“We pride ourselves on supporting women in the workplace every day of the year, but it’s nice to formally mark the occasion and partner with AGENDA 2020 to once again celebrate the achievements of women in a range of fields and from diverse backgrounds,” he said.

“Hyatt Regency is a non-discriminatory brand, with the job description dictating the pay grade of our employees, not their gender.

“Last year’s International Women’s Day celebrations and AGENDA book launch were inspirational and captivating and we are delighted to support the initiative again to celebrate inspirational people and help raise funds for a variety of charities, all in the support of women” Mr Zancanaro said.

AGENDA 2020 is available to purchase from the Lobby Bar at Hyatt Regency Sydney at a special price of $50, from 5 – 13 March 2020. It will also be available online through Canon Australia (RRP $99). Proceeds from the book sales will aid a variety of charities, all in the support of women.
