SUMMER PAVILION
Plan a Lunar New Year reunion at the one Michelin star Summer Pavilion whilst indulging in a selection of exquisite dishes handcrafted by Chinese Executive Chef, Cheung Siu Kong.
Symbolising an abundance of prosperity, the Hokkaido king scallop with black caviar Yu Sheng is perfect for sharing with loved ones. Other highlights include the double-boiled sea whelk soup with fish maw, soaked nostoc algae and persimmon; and sautéed shredded Australian dried abalone with prickly sea cucumber, lotus root, sweet peas and beansprouts.
Six- to eight-course set lunch and dinner menus are priced from SGD 108 per person, and are available from 13 January to 8 February 2020.
From 25 January to 8 February 2020, receive a set of exclusive Ritz-Carlton red packets and a pair of Mandarin oranges, per reservation. For every $300 nett spend per bill, receive a voucher to redeem a mini “Monk Jumps Over The Wall” (maximum of four vouchers) between 9 February to 31 March 2020.
