Mandarin Oriental, Boston has collaborated with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA), to debut an Art Lovers package. The exclusive offer celebrates the hotel’s ongoing partnership with the museum and the launch of the museum’s restaurant 465 Bar and Restaurant.

The package includes a private tour of the MFA’s collections and special displays with a knowledgeable docent, including exhibitions such as Kay Nielsen’s Enchanted Vision: The Kendra and Allan Daniel Collection, of which the hotel is a sponsor. Luminous and often haunting, Kay Nielsen’s interpretations of classic fairy tales are among the most celebrated book illustrations of the 20th century. Showcasing more than 45 dramatic watercolors, drawings and illustrated books from the Kendra and Allan Daniel Collection, the exhibit celebrates the Danish artist’s significant achievements in illustration while highlighting some of his work in theater design and animation.

After the tour, guests will experience Chef’s Choice Lunch at the museum’s newest dining venue, 465 Bar and Restaurant. Executive Chef Brian Flagg’s seasonal menu emphasizes fresh local ingredients with an environmentally friendly and innovative root-to-stalk approach. A unique space to sample art on a plate while surrounded by world-class art.

The Art Lovers package is priced starting at USD 845 plus taxes and gratuities and includes:
