Aurora Expeditions, a world leader in expedition cruising and home-grown polar exploration specialist, is excited to announce the appointment of a new Regional Business Development Manager, ahead of the launch of the new state-of-the-art vessel theGreg Mortimer, in October 2019.
The newly appointed Regional BDM, Anthony Flores, joins Aurora Expeditions with over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, including 17 years at Flight Centre and two years as Sales Manager for Intrepid’s Australian sales team.
With the addition of Anthony to the team, Aurora Expeditions has also announced some updates to the territories the current Business Development Managers look after:
- Anthony Flores – Regional BDM – Victoria & Tasmania
- Alex Fayan – BDM – New South Wales, ACT and New Zealand
- Jackie Gordon – BDM – Queensland and Northern Territory
Aurora Expeditions is set to redefine expedition cruising with the launch of the Greg Mortimer in October 2019, the first expedition cruise ship to feature the patented ULSTEIN X-BOW®. Allowing for more gentle sea crossings, faster transit speeds, improved comfort, lower fuel consumption and air emissions.
The maiden voyage departs Ushuaia, Argentina on 31 October, 2019.
