The Island of Tahiti is undoubtedly one of the world’s most desirable holiday destinations and with its stunning weather, overwater bungalows and picturesque scenery its easy to see why. However it’s not just the natural scenery that attracts visitors to Tahiti, so too does a special little event called the Mister Tahiti Competition.
Taking place on Saturday 29th September at the Le Meridien Tahiti, the annual event will see ten gorgeous French Polynesians battle it out for the title of Mister Tahiti 2018.
The contestants, including a postman, waiter, fisherman and tourist guide, will have to make six stages throughout the competition, including the infamous talent show and the always welcoming swimsuit passage, for the highly converted title.
“We are not only looking for physique, we are also looking for candidates with a sense of meaning, those who have things to share, we want ambassadors of positive values, particularly those oriented towards ecology”, explains the organiser of the election, Alexandre Taliercio.
