W Brisbane is set to become the city’s hottest new destination for a Sunday sesh, with a brand-new bottomless brunch coming to W Brisbane’s signature restaurant, Three Blue Ducks.
From 10th October, Three Blue Ducks will be plating up an epic alfresco style Sunday Brunch – alongside live acoustic tunes by Brisbane’s hottest musicians, and sweeping views of the Brisbane River. In a W first, diners will get exclusive access to the hotel’s epic WET Pool to keep the good vibes rolling through brunch and well into the afternoon.
Curated by Andy Allen of Three Blue Ducks, the menu features nine signature dishes echoing the Ducks’ famed paddock to plate ethos and fresh dining philosophy. Seafood is the star of the menu, featuring Moreton Bay Bugs with fermented chilli & lemon, freshly shucked oysters with mango hot sauce, raw kingfish with chilli ginger dressing and pawpaw and grilled local prawns with pickled seaweed, chilli, garlic and avocado mousse.
Expect the brunch all-stars to make an appearance with a Three Blue Ducks signature twist on the classics – think harissa scrambled eggs on sourdough with grilled chorizo, pickles and red onion, and poached eggs with smoked salmon and crispy kale on sourdough with basil cherry tomato salad and herbed labneh.
 Round it all off with a light and summery dessert of sea salt meringue with berries, yoghurt ice-cream, lemon curd and macadamia crunch, or you can’t go wrong with a classic vanilla ice-cream sundae with fresh mango, passionfruit and salted caramel.
Amp it up with two hours of free-flowing drinks to toast to the epic day ahead. Spike your spritz with the Summer Swing – featuring Australian Distilling Co. Gin, raspberries, lime and elderflower, quench your thirst with a tropical fruit mimosa or for a bold move try the Australian Distilling Co, Gin of the Day.
After brunch, head over to W Brisbane’s rooftop oasis, WET Deck, and make a whole day of it. Diners are invited to spend their Sunday afternoon making a splash poolside at WET Pool, soak in some rays at the hotel’s brand-new Sun Deck, and revel in full day of play at W Brisbane.
