Known as Australia’s first ‘fine-dining meets luxury buffet restaurant’; the experience will give guests the chance to enjoy a combination of exploring the global “live kitchens” to ordering fresh cooked-to-order dishes that arrive straight to the table.

The returning buffet, located inside The Langham, Sydney in Millers Point incorporates seven kitchens traversing the globe in one fine dining room. International chefs will be dishing up freshly-baked naan and fragrant Indian curries in the tandoor oven, fresh pastas, oven-roasted seafood, molten beech oven pizzas, plus robata grill & rotisserie meats such as Angus beef, Berkshire pork belly and Southern Highlands lamb leg. Don’t forget bundles of sushi and sashimi, fresh lobster, plus crisp salads, soups, acres of fancy cheese and charcuterie, dozens of cakes, ice creams and even a chocolate fountain at the dessert station.

It’s the same buffet that everyone knows and loves but with the re-opening, the experience has been truly elevated.

Eric Lo, the Food & Beverage Manager at Kitchens on Kent says;

‘Whilst we’re a buffet restaurant, we want our guests to have the chance to sit together in a civilised setting and enjoy each other’s company. This can be challenging when you’re up and down and back-wards and forwards to the open-kitchens. That’s why we’ve incorporated culinary options that are brought straight to the table.”

Upon their arrival, guests will receive a gloriously well-stocked, fresh seafood tower direct to their table, or for non-seafood lovers, a Kitchens on Kent charcuterie tower. Guests then have the opportunity to explore the live-kitchens of the restaurant at their own leisure or alternatively, they may wish to order the fresh sushi, sashimi and Chef’s Signature dishes which are all cooked-to-order and delivered to your table. It’s the best of everything and the perfect experience for even the fussiest eater.
