Cradled by one of Australia’s most renowned grape-growing regions, Cleveland Estate’s newly launched Carriage House restaurant offers dining experiences that spotlight the exceptional food and wine culture of Macedon Ranges, situated just one hour from Melbourne’s CBD.

A new collection of house-labelled wines, produced by winemaker Barnaby ‘Barney’ Flanders, complements the new culinary direction, which features nods to the Mediterranean.

Crafted by the estate’s team of chefs, who bring a passion for working with local, seasonal ingredients, Carriage House’s new menu focuses on fresh and flavourful culinary experiences with an Italian twist. Guests can expect locally sourced produce including Goulburn River rainbow trout, Black Angus scotch fillet and free-range chicken, each infused with herbaceous ingredients and rich, fragrant spices and aromas. These are joined by bistro-style classics such as wood-fired pizzas, pasta dishes, arancini balls and the restaurant’s signature salumi selection.

Among the labels on offer are Cleveland Estate’s hand-crafted pinot gris and pinot noir, each made to reflect the terroir of the estate and distinctive qualities of the Macedon Ranges, restoring the winery’s esteemed reputation for exceptional vintages.
