Vietjet Thailand will showcase its sustainability initiatives under its Fly Green mission at Sustainability Expo 2026 (SX 2026), through the concept “1 Story 4 Pillars”, connecting flight efficiency, resource optimization, waste reduction, and creating value for society and the environment. Visitors are invited to explore interactive learning activities at Booth BC12, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, from 6–15 November 2026.

Ms. Sayada Benjakul, Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Vietjet Thailand said, “At Vietjet Thailand, we believe sustainability should be part of how we do business every day, not just an environmental initiative. From improving flight efficiency and making better use of resources to reducing waste and supporting our communities, every action matters. Through our ‘1 Story 4 Pillars’ concept; we aim to turn our commitment into meaningful action and encourage everyone to play a part in creating a more sustainable future.”

The “1 Story 4 Pillars” concept brings Vietjet Thailand’s Fly Green mission to life through four key approaches:

  • Fly Smarter – Improving Flight Efficiency: Enhancing operational efficiency through the Boeing 737-8 fleet and promoting the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), with a focus on reducing aviation’s environmental impact.
  • Use Better – Creating Value from Resources: Supporting the circular economy through FlyCycle, which upcycles used employee uniforms, and initiatives that repurpose recycled PET materials to extend resource life and create value from waste.
  • Waste Less – Reducing Waste and Environmental Impact: Encouraging reduced plastic use, preventing food waste through the Stop Food Waste concept, and promoting waste sorting and recycling for more responsible resource use.
  • Give Back – Giving Back to Society and the Environment: Driving initiatives through the Fly Green Fund, including mangrove restoration, Fly Green – Garbage Hunter, and the Young Ambassador programme, which engages young people and communities in long-term environmental conservation.

Vietjet Thailand invites the public and sustainability enthusiasts to explore responsible travel and resource use through interactive games and educational activities on aviation sustainability, experience a mock aircraft seat, and learn how plastic waste can be transformed into new products and other discarded materials repurposed to benefit local communities with our booth.
