A Journey in Full Bloom
Act One: Earth – A Prelude in Bloom
Earth celebrates the beauty and vitality of the natural world, inviting guests to reconnect with nature before the culinary journey begins.
Rose Cao, Taste Studio floral artist in residence, presents sculptural floral installations in deep, earthy hues. Cao received a Silveraward at the 2023 RHS Chelsea Flower Show for her installation Light Dance. Guests are regaled with live bouquet artistry and soulful harp and flute melodies.
The experience then moves into a botanical realm of aromatic cocktails and delicate culinary creations by Regent Phu Quoc chefs. Director of Bars J Frank presents drinks inspired by Phu Quoc’s botanicals.
Acts Two to Six: Humanity – Nature, Transformed
Humanity celebrates the imagination, craftsmanship and collaboration through which nature becomes art.
Fr the occasion, guests enter an intimate botanical sanctuary, with floral artistry woven throughout the dining setting. Led by Executive Chef Francesco Andreoni, the culinary team presents a five-course menu inspired by the evolving expressions of flowers, from fragrant and delicate notes to richer, earthier flavours. Highlights include dry-aged hamachi with rose water and pink pomelo, binchotan-seared scallop with chamomile beurre blanc, and A5 Wagyu with koji, lavender and cardamom jus.
Exceptional wines from such wineries as Champagne Billecart-Salmon, Château Le Conte and Vega Sicilia accompany the courses. A live ensemble of harp, violin, flute, accordion and subtle percussion reimagines contemporary melodies in evocative arrangements, their distinctive textures reflecting the shifting moods of the evening.
Act Seven: Heaven – A Celestial Bloom
Heaven celebrates the transcendent beauty of nature, inviting guests to discover the poetry and wonder that emerge when art and imagination elevate the natural world.
The journey culminates in a celebration of light, art and reflection. Visual artist Pham Tuấn Ngọc presents The Memory of Flowers, with Maison Jade Art Consultancy founder and curator Lou Anmella-de Montalembert joining the artist, to share the stories behind the exhibited works. Guests can also witness Tuấn Ngọc’s lumen painting technique.
As evening falls, illuminated floral works of art by Cao transform the space into an evocative tableau of light, blooms and reflections. Guests linger over post-dinner cocktails and digestifs, bringing the experience to a contemplative close.
