Spread the love

AAT Kings has put a little extra spring into the October sales season, launching its new “Sell More, Earn More” trade incentive for travel agencies across Australia and New Zealand.

Running from 1 to 31 October 2026, the campaign gives participating agencies the chance to earn up to $600 in gift cards when their consultants make and deposit eligible AAT Kings Guided Holiday bookings. In other words, October’s booking ledger could look a little more cheerful than another spreadsheet.

The incentive applies to new AAT Kings Australia or New Zealand Guided Holiday bookings of five days or longer, provided they are booked and deposited during the promotional period and depart in either 2026 or 2027.

Importantly, the promotion is agency-based. Eligible bookings made by consultants within the same agency are combined to determine the final reward tier, rather than assessing each advisor separately.

More bookings, bigger rewards

The reward ladder begins with a $100 gift card for two eligible bookings. Three bookings lift the reward to $200, four to $350 and five to $450. Agencies reaching six or more eligible deposited bookings qualify for the maximum $600 gift card.

The rewards are not cumulative, and only one gift card will be issued per agency. Australian agencies will receive rewards in Australian dollars, while New Zealand agencies will receive the equivalent stated reward in New Zealand dollars.

Gift cards are scheduled for distribution in early December 2026, a useful time when the festive-season shopping list begins making demands of its own.

For travel advisors looking for product to put behind the promotion, AAT Kings is highlighting both its Classic and Small Group touring programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Among the newer options is the five-day New Zealand South Island Splendour itinerary, which travels from Christchurch to Queenstown and features destinations including Ōamaru, Dunedin, Invercargill and Piopiotahi (Milford Sound). AAT Kings’ own destination material confirms the five-day itinerary and its South Island focus.

Across the Tasman, the nine-day Outback New South Wales Adventurer operates as a Sydney return journey, taking guests through regional New South Wales with highlights including Broken Hill, White Cliffs, Mungo National Park and Mudgee. AAT Kings lists the itinerary as a nine-day Small Group journey.

AAT Kings Group CEO Ben Hall said the incentive was designed to recognise the contribution travel advisors make to the touring specialist’s business.

“Travel advisors play a vital role in connecting travellers with unforgettable holiday experiences, and this incentive is our way of recognising that support,” Hall said. “Whether clients choose a Small Group Tour or a Classic Tour, our holidays across Australia and New Zealand bring destinations to life through meaningful local experiences and stories, helping travellers connect more deeply with the places they visit and the people they meet. We’re excited to reward agencies that make October their biggest AAT Kings booking month yet.”

A timely trade push

The offer lands at a useful point in the selling calendar, when advisors are working across late-2026 departures while also building their 2027 business. AAT Kings’ current touring portfolio includes Classic and Small Group Guided Holidays, with the company positioning local encounters, destination storytelling and guided expertise as central parts of the experience.

The badge also has some heritage behind it. AAT Kings says it has operated for more than 100 years and carries more than 250,000 passengers annually, giving the October incentive the backing of one of the most established names in Australian guided touring.

To qualify, bookings must be new, for an eligible Australia or New Zealand Guided Holiday of at least five days, deposited between 1 and 31 October 2026, and scheduled to depart in 2026 or 2027. The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand-based agents booking in AUD or NZD.

Agents should register and check the full terms and conditions through AAT Kings’ official A-LISTERS trade portal before submitting bookings. The portal also provides trade resources, sales tools, offers and loyalty information.

For agencies already selling Australia and New Zealand touring, the proposition is refreshingly uncomplicated: sell two and the rewards begin; reach six, and the agency hits the $600 ceiling.

No treasure map required just bookings, deposits and a firm eye on 31 October.
