Destination Asia is marking 30 years in business with a smart new digital move. The Asia travel specialist has launched one corporate website to replace three separate sites.

The new Destination Asia website puts its places, services and trade tools in one home. It is built for travel advisors, tour operators, event planners, cruise partners and other industry users.

Visitors can now explore leisure travel, events and cruise services from the same site. They can also find trip ideas, product news, local updates and details about responsible travel.

That may sound simple. It should. The travel trade already has enough logins, links and online rabbit holes. A website should save time, not send users on an unplanned tour of the internet.

A simpler way to sell Asia

The site has clear menus and a cleaner path to key facts. It also brings together news and advice from Destination Asia teams on the ground.

The company has 17 offices across nine Asian markets. Its local teams work with travel sellers, meeting planners and cruise lines. They use first-hand knowledge and trusted supplier links to shape trips and events.

The site also explains how Destination Asia works with local people, culture and nature. It covers its supplier rules and its wider approach to responsible travel.

For partners, the gain is practical. Advisors can find new trip ideas. Event planners can review venues and support. Cruise teams can learn about services in several ports. They can do it all without moving between separate sites.

Built for the next 30 years

Chief Executive Officer Matthew Smith said the launch was an important step for the company.

“As we celebrate 30 years of Destination Asia, the launch of our new website marks an exciting milestone in our journey and reflects our continued investment in the future of our business. Designed with our partners in mind, it showcases the depth of our expertise, provides valuable insights and resources, and helps uncover new opportunities across Asia. As we look ahead, this platform provides a strong foundation for innovation, sustainable growth, and continued leadership across the region.”

The launch comes at a useful time. Travel professionals need fast facts and sound local advice. They also need trusted sources when plans change.

Destination Asia began in 1996 and has kept its focus on Asia. That focus gives the business a clear role. The region is rich, varied and often complex. Local knowledge still counts.

The Destination Asia website gives the company’s knowledge a better front door. It is direct, useful and built for the people who sell, plan and operate travel. In short, Destination Asia has put the map, the guide and the local expert in one place.
