Amora Hotels and Resorts has appointed Thi Tar Win as Vice President Finance, where she will lead the Group’s financial strategy and support its continued expansion across Australia and Thailand.
With close to two decades of experience in hospitality finance, Thi Tar Win brings deep expertise in hotel operations, asset performance and value creation within premium hotel environments. A long-standing member of the organisation, she has progressed through a series of senior finance roles to become a key member of the executive leadership team.
Thi Tar Win is a Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and holds a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting from the University of New South Wales.
Her remit includes oversight of financial due diligence on acquisitions, structuring and negotiating debt facilities, and ensuring disciplined capital allocation across the portfolio. She has also played a significant role in supporting the Group’s expansion strategy, including the recent acquisition of a flagship five-star hotel in Adelaide.
Throughout her career with Amora Hotels and Resorts, Thi Tar Win has been recognised for her strong commercial mindset and disciplined approach to financial management. She has led the implementation of group-wide financial systems, strengthened governance and internal controls, and provided strategic financial insights that support profitability and long-term asset growth.
