Singapore Airlines (SIA) is inviting Australian KrisFlyer members to secure their seat at the table of a series of exclusive culinary events across the country, hosted by one of Australia’s most celebrated chefs and culinary adventurer, Luke Nguyen.
As the inaugural KrisFlyer Experiences Guest Curator, Luke will host five exclusive dining experiences in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, available only to members of Singapore Airlines Group rewards programme, KrisFlyer, in partnership with Mastercard®.
Luke Nguyen is a celebrated Australian Chef, author, restaurateur and TV presenter, who has showcased Vietnamese food to the world throughout his career. Owner of successful restaurants in Australia and Vietnam, and producer and host of famous television series including Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam and Luke Nguyen’s Greater Mekong, Luke has cemented his reputation as Australia’s Southeast Asia food and travel authority.
In the opening event of the series in Brisbane on December 3, Luke will host an intimate culinary story telling experience exclusively for 45 KrisFlyer members, at his newest restaurant in Queensland, Fat Noodle at The Star. Inspired by Asia’s exciting street food scene, Fat Noodle reflects Luke’s vibrant approach to traditional family recipes, reinterpreted through fresh Australian produce.
