Until 11 May 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore introduces an immersive Weekend Afternoon Tea and Pop-up Bar experience inspired by the HBO® Original Series, The White Lotus Season three. These exclusive offerings promise to transport guests into the luxurious and dramatic world of HBO’s The White Lotus through exquisite flavours drawn from the stunning locales of the different seasons.

The White Lotus Bar: Cocktails with a Cinematic Twist

At The White Lotus Bar pop-up, guests are invited to unwind with a curated cocktail menu inspired by all three seasons of HBO’s The White Lotus. Enjoy an evening in paradiso with creative bar bites and a cocktail menu featuring three signature drinks that evoke the iconic locations of each season:

  • Pineapple Suite: A tropical cocktail capturing the vibrant spirit of Maui from Season 1.
  • The Lotus: A sophisticated tribute to the romantic charm of Taormina, Italy, from Season 2.
  • Coconut Paradise: A tribute to Koh Samui, blending coconut sweetness with Thai pandan.

In addition, Beverage Manager Gabriel Carlos and Head Bartender Sophia Kang collaborate to bring a touch of Singapore with the Kayatini cocktail, a creative twist on the classic espresso martini. The Kayatini draws inspiration from Singapore’s iconic kopi and kaya toast breakfast culture, combining cognac with the bold, aromatic essence of espresso liqueur and topped with a kaya-infused foam, capturing the sweet, buttery notes of kaya jam. Delivering notes of sweet mandarin and local spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, the Kayatini offers a delightful fusion of local flavours, delivering a uniquely Singaporean experience in every sip.

The White Lotus Afternoon Tea: A Cinematic Culinary Experience

Following the lead of Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok’s Executive Chef Andrea Accordi and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini who had teamed up to craft a unique Afternoon Tea experience, guests can look forward to a Weekend Afternoon Tea menu that indulges in the lush flavours of Thailand, inspired by the picturesque landscapes of Koh Samui.

Highlights include Thai Lobster Salad with Makrut Lime and Caviar, and Tom Kha with Lemongrass and Coriander Essence. On the sweet side, there’s a Corn Tartlet with Whipped Corn Vanilla Ganache and Caramelized Popcorn, as well as Thai Tea Infused Madeleines, each designed to evoke the delicate beauty of the lotus flower. Every bite captures the artistry and elegance of the series’ stunning settings.

The sweets and savouries are beautifully presented atop a custom-designed lotus garden stand, creating an atmosphere of intrigue and elegance for a delightful afternoon tea experience.
