From December 17–22, 2024, diners can indulge in a meticulously crafted menu featuring appetizers, mains, and desserts that highlight the freshness and flavour of top-tier ingredients.

Start your journey with a classic Margarita paired with Ostras—a blend of fresh French oysters with Sinaloa-style sauce and habanero oil. The Guacamole Tostada offers a delightful crunch complemented by creamy guacamole.

The star of the show, the Bluefiná Tuna, takes centre stage in dishes like the Ceviche de Atún, marinated with tamarind-coconut juice and finished with a touch of mezcal, and the Atún Encacahuatado, where tuna is seasoned with dried chiles and peanut oil salsa macha. Other offerings include the Taco de Camarón a la Diabla and Pescado Zarandeado, grilled fish with chiles, creamy beans, and pickled vegetables.

End your meal on a sweet note with traditional desserts such as Churros served with hot chocolate, Arroz con Leche, or the Mexican Crème Brûlée.

This exclusive set menu is priced at THB 3,800 for two or THB 2,000 for one and will be available at Bandido Bangkok, 2nd floor.
