The San Francisco International Airport has been named the Best Airport in North America by Business Traveler Magazine. The publication noted the Airport’s commitment to an outstanding experience, noting its high customer satisfaction ratings from Airports Council International and J.D. Power. The magazine also cited its environmental initiatives and family-friendly facilities as factors.
“We are truly honored to be named the Best Airport in North America by Business Traveler Magazine,” said Airport Director Ivar C. Satero. “Our entire SFO team is dedicated to creating an extraordinary airport experience for our guests, and this achievement is the ultimate validation of our efforts.”
In the annual awards, SFO also won in the category “Best Independent Lounge” for The Club SFO, a common-use facility which opened in Harvey Milk Terminal 1 in June 2024.
