Four-Hands ‘Mediterranean Night’ Dinner  at The Standard, Hua HinGiving gourmets something to look forward to, the Four-Hands ‘Mediterranean Night’ Dinner dinner on 30 November is a delicious collaboration between the resort’s own ex-executive Chef Antony Pagani and Jutamas “Som” Theantae, the culinary talent behind progressive fine-dining restaurant Karmakamet Conveyance in Bangkok and a local favorite, SOM’s Table.

The seven-course dinner will pair Mediterranean-inflected dishes with live music and fine wines. After welcome bites and cocktails at Praça’s Beach Bar at 5:30 pm, dinner will kick off at Lido at 6:30 pm, accompanied by a live set from DJ Pichy. An amuse-bouche of citrus-cured barracuda carpaccio will be followed by Chef Som’s signature dish: quick pickled Majestic Irish oyster with crispy duck egg pancake, home grown sprouts and chili.whet the appetite for Australian wagyu tagliata with roasted bone marrow and truffle mashed potatoes. Sweet-toothed guests should save room for the decadent Toblerone parfait with Bailey’s sauce, Amarena cherry compote and pistachio dust.
