The Peninsula Afternoon Tea on the Harbour, a cherished and sought-after experience in Hong Kong, intertwines the heritage of The Peninsula Hong Kong and the Star Ferry against the picturesque backdrop of Victoria Harbour. Exclusive Culinary Delights
Indulge in a culinary journey aboard the World Star, a Star Ferry vessel exclusively customised for The Peninsula’s esteemed guests. The Afternoon Tea Voyages not only tantalise the taste buds but also offer breathtaking vistas of the harbour along with enchanting live music, and the renowned Peninsula service. The journeys will be available in two sessions on Saturdays and selected Sundays through the cruising season.
Guests taking part in the voyages will be invited to savour a new seasonal Afternoon Tea on the Harbour menu. Created by our new Chef de Cuisine Kay Ng from The Lobby, the menu includes delectable savoury bites like Seaweed Cauliflower Mousse, Abalone Tart with Soya Sauce alongside four types of sandwiches: Tuna Nicoise Milk Bun, Smoked Duck Breast, Wild Prawn and Lavender Sandwich, and Classic Cucumber. Sweet treats from Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Wilson Lai will also be featured, including Chestnut Cream with Pear Compote; Chocolate Ganache with Madeleine and Chocolate Melba; Strawberry Mousse with Hibiscus Flower Jelly; Molten Cheese Tart with Passion Fruit Curd and The Peninsula’s famed Raisin Scones served with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam. Coffee, signature Peninsula teas, and herbal infusions are included, while special beverage choices and premium wines and champagnes are also available at additional cost.

The Peninsula Afternoon Tea on the Harbour, priced at HK$ 820* per person, will take place on Saturdays and selected Sundays from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm, and 4:00 pm to 5:45 pm.
