Tropical North Queensland’s sparkling luxury lodge, Lizard Island – the northernmost resort on the Great Barrier Reef – has revealed plans for a glamorous weekend of Champagne and caviar over a long weekend in June.

World renowned, family-owned Champagne Lallier from France’s Aÿ region will make a delicious culinary rendezvous with Australia’s premier caviar producer Yarra Valley Caviar at Lizard Island over the weekend of June 28 – 30 this year, promising a series of masterclasses, tastings and long leisurely dining events at the resort.

In a weekend of artisanal elegance, guests are treated to some of the finest vintages of the century-old Champagne Lallier along with caviar sourced from a sustainable aquaculture farm in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Yarra Valley Caviar stands out as Australia’s only freshwater salmon farm, promising a premium culinary experience.

To complete the experience, a collaboration with renowned ceramicists The McCorry Collection offers guests a chance to craft centrepieces as an extra layer of sophistication for the dining experience.

Guests dive into a world of decadence as both parties unravel the secrets of pairing Champagne from Aÿ, France with the finest caviar from Yarra Valley Caviar.

  • Casual Canapés & Champagne

With the afternoon sun kissing your skin and a glass of Champagne in hand, join us for a relaxed affair overlooking Anchor Bay beach. We’ll treat you to a delightful selection of canapés perfectly paired with Champagne Lallier.
