Sydney Airport is thrilled to announce the addition of Gusto Pasta Bar and Lumos Bakery to the T1 International terminal food precinct. These exciting new, premium culinary destinations are set to enhance the passenger experience through their delicious offerings of handmade pasta, paninis, pizza, and pastries.
Gusto will offer fresh pasta made daily and cooked to order with a variety of dishes on offer including classics such as Carbonara, Napoletana, Bolognese and Pesto. Passengers can also build their own pasta dish from a range of proteins, vegetables, and extras such as anchovies and capers, and chilli oil.
The new offering will also delight pizza lovers with pizza offered by the slice. Pizza toppings include crowd favourites such as Pepperoni, and more gourmet flavours including Mortadella and Pistachio, and Mediterranean Veggies with Ricotta.
Gusto will also a showcase a range of pastries including sfogliatelle, bomboloni (Italian donuts) and classic cannoli – along with specialty coffee for that pre-flight pick-me-up.
Lumos Bakery, a beloved bakery originally established in South-East Melbourne and known for its artisanal breads and delectable pastries, will provide passengers with an array of freshly baked goods.
From flaky chocolate croissants to wholesome sandwiches made with freshly baked bread, passengers looking to enjoy a quick bite or pick up a treat for their journey ahead will flock to this new offering.

The new food offerings are located within Sydney Airport’s T1 International terminal food precinct before security. Gusto is now open with Lumos Bakery to open in the coming months.
