Refurbishments have been underway at the iconic Adelaide Terrace hotel since May 2023, elevating the hotel to new standards of understated luxury, where discerning business and leisure guests can enjoy the modern comforts and sincere service in Pan Pacific Perth’s new era of refinement.

The transformation has already seen completion of 390 guest rooms and suites, with the redesign of the impressive convention level ballrooms and meeting rooms, along with the lobby and exclusive Pacific Club lounge on level 7 thoroughly underway. The plans will also see a grand unveiling of the luxuriously appointed Presidential Suite boasting panoramic views of the city and Swan River from each of the suite’s two balconies.

Bringing Graceful Luxury to each touchpoint of the guest experience

The guest experience has been at the forefront of this project, with comfort and functionality in mind. The next stage of the project includes the revitalisation of 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites, with ample workspace and refreshing décor, along with a reimagined arrival experience with transformation of the porte cochère.

Alongside the physical changes underway, the hotel has introduced bespoke experiences that hero the Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts brand positioning of Graceful Luxury. This includes the implementation of a refreshing welcome sparkling wine cocktail on arrival every Friday afternoon for the evening’s guests, as well as complimentary house-made chocolates for Club room and suite guests to indulge or take home. The first of many enhancements to continue to elevate the guest experience.

The thoughtfully designed interior plans, that showcase the beauty and tranquility of Western Australia’s diverse landscapes, are supported through some of Pan Pacific Perth’s local partnerships

with Tail Winds Aerial Media, and Willie Creek Pearls. Each adding touches of graceful luxury to the hotel, with Tail Winds drone photography displayed in the hotel lobby, capturing the natural beauty and rawness of the state’s iconic scenery. And Willie Creek pearls offering their uniquely Western Australian experience to guests through the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to harvest their own Australian South Sea Cultured Pearls.

The inspired transformation due for completion late 2024

The full project is scheduled to reach completion by late 2024, with future works to be of minimal impact to guests and visitors. Pan Pacific Perth invites guests to experience the transformed rooms and suites and embrace the hotel’s new era of refinement.
