This Mid-Autumn, pack your bags and savour the world through the exquisite flavours of our indulgent snow skin mooncakes, including Pistachio with Hazelnut Truffle, Cinnamon Apple Strudel with Cream Cheese and Apple Truffle, Crème Brûlée with Vanilla Truffle and Matcha with Sakura Truffle.
The Pistachio with Hazelnut Truffle snow skin mooncakein pastel green pays homage to rich Italian flavours. The silky-smooth white lotus paste is infused with pistachio and hazelnut to create a symphony of nutty flavours, complemented by a rich hazelnut-filled chocolate truffle. Each mooncake is meticulously crafted with velvety smooth white lotus paste surrounding a savoury salted egg yolk, encased in golden brown baked crust. These traditional favourites are available in single yolk and double yolk for a rich and savoury balance to the sweet paste.
A box of four is priced at $80 for the White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk traditional baked mooncakes and $83 for the White Lotus Paste with Double Yolk traditional baked mooncakes.
For those seeking a healthier option, there is the Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Macadamia Nuts traditional baked mooncakes at $80 (box of four) for a reduced-sugar alternative without compromising on taste.
