Dubai - LogoDubai Economy & Tourism (DET) has teamed up with Emirates to launch an attractive incentive for travel agents booking Dubai stopovers, aiming to boost tourism during the bustling summer season. From July 1 to August 31, 2024, travel agents can earn AUD 30 Prezzee vouchers for every Passenger Name Record (PNR) EK Stopover in Dubai booked through the Dubai Experience Emirates (DEX) platform.

Dubai Experience Emirates (DEX) is a cutting-edge stopover program designed to cater to travellers’ unique preferences, enabling them to create personalized itineraries. This innovative platform highlights Dubai’s myriad attractions and adventures, making it a desirable stopover destination.

The incentive campaign targets return journeys from Australia to any destination within the Emirates’ extensive network. To qualify, travel agents must book a stopover in Dubai for a minimum of 24 hours with at least one night of paid accommodation via DEX. The bookings must be made between July 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024, for travel between July 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.

Travel agents must submit their sales performance reports directly to Emirates offices in Australia and New Zealand by September 30, 2024, to claim their AUD 30 Prezzee vouchers. The Dubai Tourism Authority will distribute these vouchers monthly to all qualifying travel agents.

“Dubai is a world-class destination with unparalleled attractions. Our partnership with Emirates and the DEX platform aims to make stopovers in Dubai an irresistible option for travellers,” said a Dubai Economy & Tourism spokesperson. “We believe this incentive will not only benefit travel agents but also significantly enhance the travel experience for passengers, showcasing Dubai’s vibrant culture and hospitality.”

The Dubai Experience Emirates platform stands out for its user-friendly interface, which allows travellers to integrate stopovers into their travel plans seamlessly. Customers can enjoy Dubai’s rich cultural heritage, luxurious shopping experiences, and adventurous activities by customising their itineraries.

This initiative underscores Dubai’s commitment to reinforcing its leading global travel hub position. By incentivizing travel agents, Dubai aims to attract more visitors and provide them with a unique and memorable stopover experience.
