MSC LiricaMSC Cruises has today released their 2025 Grand Mediterranean itineraries, a fusion of two 7-night cruises spanning the Mediterranean’s breadth. Enjoy the added convenience of a complimentary coach transfer between Genoa and Venice (or vice versa).

Choose from an array of combination cruises available from 6 April to 2 November 2025, with departures every Saturday and Sunday. Seize the opportunity to experience the best of both the East & West Mediterranean.

On offer is the popular 14-night combination of MSC Lirica and MSC Grandiosa. Beginning with a seven-night cruise from Venice (Italy), calling at Kotor (Montenegro), Mykonos & Santorini (Greece) and Ancona (Italy). On its cruise, MSC Grandiosa, which begins and ends in Genoa (Italy), will call at Rome & Palermo (Italy), Ibiza & Valencia (Spain) and the French port of Marseille. Priced from AU$3,090 per person/ NZ$3,402 per person.

“Ancona and Kotor are amazing stops in the Eastern Mediterranean cruise leg as they are UNESCO World Heritage listed, a real photographer’s dream,” said Lisa Teiotu, managing director of MSC Cruises Australia and New Zealand. “As for the MSC Grandiosa cruise, Palermo in Sicily is at the centre of the ancient world with souk like markets and Gothic palaces while Valencia, Spain is the home of paella. As you can see from these fascinating ports, the Grand Mediterranean Cruise is not your everyday Mediterranean cruise.”

MSC Opera & MSC World Europa offer a 14-night combination cruise encompassing Venice (Italy), Zadar & Dubrovnik (Croatia), Kotor (Montenegro), Corfu (Greece) and Bari (Italy), before arriving back at Venice for a same day transfer to Genoa (Italy).  From here, onboard MSC World Europa, guests will explore Pompeii & Messina (Italy), Valletta (Malta), Barcelona (Spain) and Marseille (France). Priced from AU$3,620 per person/ NZ$3,982 per person.
