Perched on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower in the heart of the CBD, SUSHISAMBA Singapore offers stunning 360-degree views of the city’s skyline and beyond. Renowned for its unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cultures, and cuisines, alongside its passion for music, art, and design, the highly anticipated restaurant will mark the latest addition to the esteemed brand’s global portfolio.


SUSHISAMBA Singapore’s menu is a testament to the brand’s culinary innovation, blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences. Helming the dining programme is the venerable Chef Kyung Soo Moon, an accomplished Culinary Director with over two decades of global experience. Highlighting the restaurant’s commitment to quality, the majority of the seafood is imported from Japan. Some of the signatures include Peruvian ceviche, SAMBA Singapore roll, alongside sushi and sashimi. SUSHISAMBA Singapore happens to be one of the select few establishments in the city to offer fresh tuna sourced directly from Japan. The culinary team will also champion locally based farms for their top-quality organic vegetables and produce. While the menu largely consists of dishes from the SUSHISAMBA global menu, a selection of creations will be adapted to suit the palates and preferences of Singaporean guests.


Located on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, 260 meters atop this iconic building, SUSHISAMBA Singapore will offer unobstructed, 360-degree views of the city landscape and sea views. Situated in the heart of the city-state’s economic prowess and financial hub. The highly anticipated restaurant is located in a bustling area characterized by sleek skyscrapers, modern architecture, and a dynamic blend of commercial, financial, and government institutions.


Designed by award-winning architectural firm KokaiStudios, SUSHISAMBA Singapore is a sophisticated space that beckons the stylish set. The area spans an expansive 12,000 square feet, with 250 seats across multiple levels. As guests step into the main dining area, they are enveloped in the lively ambience that reflects SUSHISAMBA’s Brazilian and Peruvian roots. This area also boasts a theatre-style open kitchen and robata grill where the chefs will fire up premium ingredients for diners.

Meanwhile, DJs will curate an eclectic blend of Afro, Brazilian, and Latin-inspired tunes, while vibrant Samba dancers and percussionists infuse the atmosphere with pulsating and lively rhythms. The lounge is the perfect setting to savour expertly crafted creative cocktails.

Concealed behind discreet doors within the main dining area are three exclusive private dining rooms. Each private room offers its own unique ambiance and breathtaking views, accommodating guests seeking an intimate dining experience.
