The 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC), the world’s largest celebration of indigenous Pacific Islanders, has announced the official event venues for the highly-anticipated festival scheduled to convene on Oʻahu from 6-16 June 2024. More than 2,500 delegates from 28 Pacific nations will gather for 10-days of cultural exchange, appreciation, and celebration. More than 50 programs and events, including a Festival Village & Marketplace, live performances, cultural workshops, hands-on demonstrations, film festival, fashion gala, and more, will be free and open to the public.

“With less than two months until Hawai‘i hosts the 13th FestPAC, we are pleased to announce the official venues across O‘ahu have been selected and will provide the perfect setting to showcase and celebrate the rich cultures of more than 28 Pacific Island nations,” said Dr. Aaron J. Salā, festival director of the 13th FestPAC. “This will mark Hawaiʻi’s inaugural hosting of FestPAC since its inception more than 50 years ago, providing a unique opportunity to showcase our own culture and hospitality to our Pacific community.”

The 28 Pacific Island nations confirmed to attend in the 13th FestPAC are American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Easter Island (Rapa Nui), Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Hawai‘i, Kiribati, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Island, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, and Taiwan.
