Dorsett Melbourne Turns 1: Party Time!

Put your party shoes on, as this April marks one year since the vibrant Dorsett Melbourne opened their doors in Melbourne’s new West Side Place precinct. The fun will kick off at Jin Bar on Thursday 18 April. Those staying at the hotel that night are invited to the 1st birthday celebrations at this ground floor based cocktail lounge where they will enjoy live DJ tunes, complementary canapés and a welcome cocktail featuring Australian Distilling Co Melbourne gin and a slice of cake from Elsternwick-based custom cake studio, Ladybird Cakes.

The party continues on in Jin Bar all weekend long, with live DJ tunes every night, along with signature $10 birthday gimlets, made with gin from Australian Distilling Co.

In addition to this, Dorsett Melbourne will be giving away 600 Doughboy Doughnuts to guests checking in on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 April. These delicious strawberry glazed doughnuts, which feature a vanilla sprinkle crumb are a playful walk down memory lane, inspired by birthday celebrations of years gone by.

The lobby at Dorsett Melbourne will also be decked out with birthday decorations from 17 to 30 April where you can capture your own polaroid moment and go in the draw to win prizes from Australian
