La Vie Hotels & Resorts continues its growth in South Asia with the appointment of dynamic management professional Kristofer Quadros as Cluster General Manager, Sri Lanka.
Utilising his extensive experience and leadership mindset, Kristofer will be focussed on expanding owner returns in his new role while driving significant growth, forging new relationships in key source markets and tapping into emerging and growing segments across the region.
“Having worked with international brands and asset management companies in the past, I’m excited to be combining these skills and joining La Vie Hotels & Resorts, which has been a pioneer of the independent, third-party management model across Asia Pacific. Now more than ever, I believe there is a real need for third-party management providers in our region as owners are actively looking for alternatives, and La Vie has the platform to support.
“In my day-to-day role, one of my key priorities will be driving overall hotel performance with a particular focus on F&B venues, events and offerings at our current Radisson hotels in Sri Lanka,” Kristofer said.
“I’ll also be focussed on developing more sustainable operations, refining the already customer centric mindset and capitalising on the ever increasing number of tourist arrivals into Sri Lanka while growing the domestic market,” he concluded.
